Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT®) services are direct activities related to the delivery of behavior analysis services and are designated in and required by a behavior analysis service plan. It is the responsibility of the registered behavior assistant to work with caregivers and/or staff to fully implement strategies within the behavior support plan and achieve the desired outcomes.


Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA)
We work very hard to maintain a sustainable work-life balance as we value one’s time. A BCBA caseload for a 40 hour work week is approximately 10 clients. This position includes but is not limited to conducting assessments for new clients and maintaining them every six months, treatment plans, protocol modifications, parent training, leading and supporting a team of RBTs for your selected clients, insurance and BCBA supervision requirements, revision of notes, etc.
